What is computer?

For some time now, computer entered the active daily lives of everyone. But, after all, what is computer?

Is the machine composed for various peripherals, hardware and software. The conventional computer, we all know, has screen, cpu, keyboard, mouse and speakers may have and stabilizer. The operating systems that run on the machine can be open source, like Linux, or closed, such as Windows and MacOS.

There are several types of computer: portable (laptop), palm tops, server or mainframe and the conventional type.

With technological advances, the tendency is to decrease the size of the computer more and more. We realize this through smartphones, but at the same time is a contradiction, because the tablet (which can be considered a computer) is not small in size, but in thickness.

In relation to a first contact with tecnology, today children from an early age are already in contact with the computer, but experts warn that this interaction needs to be accompanied by a responsible and need to have a limit.

The young and teen can be considered the greatest consumers of technological area, they who have 1/4 of the computers (whether portable or not) in the world, both for pleasure and for work.
